Micro
greens.

Microgreens are harvested between 7 and 14 days from germination — at the precise moment when flavor concentration and nutritional density reach their peak. Grown in our sealed BG1 rack system with full-spectrum LED lighting and flood irrigation, each tray delivers up to 40× the vitamins and antioxidants of a mature plant, with zero pesticides and zero food miles.

01The early harvest
Nutrition at peak

Seed energy,
concentrated.

Microgreens are seedlings harvested at the cotyledon stage — the point at which the plant has converted all its seed energy into the first leaves. Studies report 4× to 40× the vitamin, mineral, and polyphenol density of the same plant harvested at maturity. That is not marketing — it is biology.

Nutrition

Up to 40× denser than mature greens.

Microgreens concentrate every nutrient the seed invested in the seedling — vitamins C, E, K, and beta-carotene, alongside a dense profile of antioxidants and polyphenols — into a fraction of the plant's full size. The result is a product with exceptional nutritional leverage per ounce.

Safety

Zero pesticides. Sealed environment.

Grown indoors in a controlled enclosure, our microgreens never encounter pests, agrochemicals, or unpredictable weather. Each tray is traceable to a germination batch and a grow zone. Consistent, safe, and clean — every cycle.

02BG1 Growing System
Professional rack

Engineered for
precision output.

The BG1 is a professional-grade vertical growing rack built for high-density microgreen production. Bosch aluminum structure, integrated PLC control, flood irrigation, and full-spectrum LED lighting — producing up to 1,800 trays per month in a compact, space-efficient footprint that scales with demand.

BG1 growing racks loaded with multiple microgreen varieties
BG1 rack system · multiple varietiesYear-round operation

Industrial scale. Compact footprint.

Each BG1 unit holds multiple growing tiers with flood-cycle irrigation, full-spectrum LED lighting calibrated for optimal PPF output, and precision airflow management. Up to four units can be networked into a single automated growing environment controlled by one integrated PLC.

Growing trays sit on food-safe ABS/PVC surfaces measuring 1.1 m² each. The system operates continuously at 20–25 °C (68–77 °F), consuming just 1.2 kW and 4 liters of water per day — making it one of the most resource-efficient formats in controlled-environment agriculture.

Quick reference

How we grow
every variety.

Each cultivar in our catalogue follows a defined growing protocol: seeding rate, germination window, blackout period, and ideal harvest day. The BG1 system holds every variable constant so the only thing that changes is the biology of the plant itself.

Germination

Blackout first. Light when ready.

Every tray spends its first 2–7 days in darkness — stacked or covered — to simulate natural soil pressure and promote strong, uniform root establishment. Only after the blackout period do we expose trays to full-spectrum light for the remaining grow cycle.

Irrigation

Flood cycle. No overhead spray.

The BG1 uses flood-and-drain irrigation rather than overhead sprinklers. Water is introduced at the tray base, absorbed by capillary action, then drained — keeping foliage dry, reducing disease pressure, and delivering consistent hydration to every root zone.

Environment

Sealed and monitored. 24 hours a day.

Temperature is held between 68 and 77 °F. Humidity, CO₂, and airflow are continuously monitored by the integrated PLC. No field conditions, no seasonal variance, no weather risk — just optimized parameters running every hour of every grow day.

Microgreens are the shortest distance between a seed and a plate.
