03Do you supply outside South Carolina?
Module 01's direct routes are regional. Beyond that, we distribute through wholesale partners with broader Southeast reach — including our offtake LOI partner covering up to 5M lbs / month.
04What does "turnkey" mean in practice?
We handle site selection, engineering, permits, construction, equipment supply, PLC/IoT integration, commissioning, and first-harvest support on a single accountable contract. You walk into a producing operation, not a handover list.
05Is equity participation really on the table?
Yes. For qualified partners, we structure co-participation agreements alongside the turnkey build. Terms depend on module count, regional commitment, and capital deployment profile.
06Are you certified organic?
Our production runs on zero pesticides and zero agrochemicals by design. Formal organic certification is scheduled to finalize with the commissioning of Module 01. Traceability is built into the PLC — every crate is auditable.
