About Biogrow Greens 04 / About

We're building
the future of food.

Biogrow Greens is a controlled-environment agriculture company based in South Carolina. We design, build, and operate turnkey indoor farms — starting with our own 25,000 sq ft aeroponic tomato facility — and we're inviting partners to scale the model across the Southeast.

01Mission
Why we exist

Food without
compromise, at scale.

We believe the next generation of food production has to be local, continuous, water-efficient, and chemical-free — not as a luxury, but as the default. Our mission is to prove that this model is economically competitive at industrial scale, and to build the partnerships to replicate it across the Southeast.

Local food, grown 365 days a year.

South Carolina's demand for fresh, local produce is growing — particularly in urban and community markets that value sustainability and short supply chains. State-level tomato consumption sits in the tens of millions of pounds annually. Our first module — at 220,000 lbs/month — doesn't saturate the market; it slots into existing channels with a product that's fresher, cleaner, and fully traceable.

Our model is deliberately replicable: a 25,000 sq ft envelope, 990 aeroponic towers, and every control system pre-integrated. Each new module is engineered to land into a new market without re-inventing the stack.

02Principles
How we operate

Four principles,
no exceptions.

These are the rules we ran our feasibility study against, and the rules we'll never trade away as we scale. If a project can't meet all four, we don't build it.

01 / Clean

Zero pesticides, zero agrochemicals.

A sealed environment removes the pressure that drives sprays in open farms. No pesticides, no herbicides, no synthetic residues. Clean from seedling to box, certified organic.

02 / Efficient

95% less water. Every drop recirculated.

Closed-loop aeroponics is the only responsible option in a world of contested watersheds. Our system uses a fraction of soil-farming water and captures every run-off.

03 / Local

Grown where it's eaten.

Each module is sited near its market to cut transport, emissions, and time-to-plate. South Carolina first, expanding along distribution corridors.

04 / Traceable

Every crate has a grower's name.

Full provenance from seed batch, through grow zone, to box. IoT telemetry means every crate is auditable — nothing anonymous leaves the facility.

Location

Rooted in South Carolina.
Expanding outward.

South Carolina combines strong regional demand, a robust logistics corridor, and a policy environment supportive of controlled-environment agriculture. Our first facility anchors here; future modules follow the distribution network outward across the Southeast.

Why here: proximity to urban markets, existing wholesale infrastructure, and a climate envelope that makes year-round indoor production economically decisive versus seasonal field imports.
