Every critical variable — humidity, pH, temperature, nutrients, CO₂ — is measured by IoT sensors and adjusted in real time by a centralized PLC system. Predictive algorithms anticipate irrigation and nutrition needs before the plant ever signals stress.

Closed-loop aeroponic towers deliver water and nutrients as a fine mist directly to exposed roots. 95% less water than soil farming, 52 plants per tower.

Every variable, measured every second.

Humidity, pH, temperature, and nutrient levels monitored continuously. Centralized PLC system auto-adjusts conditions — no guesswork, no pest pressure.

AI-tuned LED + Solar Tube daylight.

Full-spectrum LEDs replicate each growth stage's ideal light cycle. Solar Tubes channel real daylight in, cutting electrical load during the day. Multi-zone climate regulates CO₂ and humidity per phenological phase.

Automated packing line, direct to channel.

Tomatoes processed and packed in cardboard ready for distribution. 10% direct sales at $4/lb, 90% wholesale at $1.20/lb — a mixed strategy feeding South Carolina year-round.
